How deployment works
Every channel connects to the same trained agent. Connect as many as you like — a customer on WhatsApp and a visitor on your website both talk to the same AI, and every conversation lands in your shared Inbox.Train your agent first
Add your sources, tune its settings, and test it before going live. See Build your first agent.
Open the Deploy page
From your agent, click Deploy in the sidebar. Channels are grouped into featured channels (Chat widget, Help page) and Integration Channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Email, Slack, API).
Connect a channel
Click a channel card to open its setup panel and follow the steps. Most channels connect in one or two clicks.
Native messaging features
On WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, your agent isn’t limited to plain text. It can:- Send and receive images — customers can send a photo, and your agent can reply with product images.
- Show a typing indicator while it’s preparing a reply, so the conversation feels natural.
- Report delivery and read receipts, so you know when a message was seen.
Telegram supports images and typing indicators, but Telegram does not provide delivery or read receipts — this is a platform limitation, not a ChatRos setting.
